Terms of Service

  • Commissions are for your personal use only, which means you can't make a profit using my artwork in any way.

  • The prices and terms for commercial artworks are different from the ones stated on this page, and can be discussed with the client privately.

  • I retain the right to publish the artwork on my social platforms and use it in my portfolio. If you don’t want it to be posted, please let me know beforehand.

  • Clients do not have the right to mint/sell commissioned artwork for NFT or use it for AI 'art' training.

  • Only the commissioner can post the commission with proper credit.

  • Do not edit or obstruct the signature/watermark from the artwork in any way.

  • The final product the client receives will be a digital artwork (JPG/PNG file) to be sent via e-mail. No physical item will be sent.

  • All terms of service are subject to change or adjustments based on discussion between myself and the client.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commissions if I find it unfitting with my style or cannot fulfill it (see do's & don'ts).

  • By commissioning me, you agreed to my Terms of Service.

Payment and Refunds:

  • All payments are in USD and made through buymeacoffee (Paypal isn’t available in my country).

  • Prices can be negotiated depending on your native currency.

  • I will start working on your commission once full payment has been sent.

  • Refunds are allowed only if I haven’t started on your piece yet or I am unable to complete the artwork, otherwise no refunds will be given.

  • If a chargeback is filed without reason, you will renounce all the rights to the commissioned artwork and won’t be able to work with me anymore.

Commission Process:

  • After I receive and accept your commission request, payment shall be discussed.

  • When the agreed upon payment is received in full, I will begin working on a sketch.

  • Once the sketch is complete, it will be sent via email for revision. Minor changes can be made without extra fees.

  • Once approved, I'll begin working on details.

  • I will send you updates on each step of progression, and/or upon request.

  • Two minor change will be permitted without fee, but all further changes, edits and revisions will incur a fee. The amount of which will be at my discretion.

  • Major revisions, such as a pose change, that are requested after the sketch has been approved will not be permitted or accepted.

  • The time it takes for me to complete a commission varies between 1 to 2 weeks.
